Corabar Entertainment offers several choices for post box hire. All are available to keep cards, messages, bids, or other papers safe at weddings, parties, corporate events, auctions, and more.
Our post box hire is a fully managed service. We will decorate, deliver to your venue and place in your chosen position. At the end of your event, we will collect itbfrom your venue. Therefore it’s another stress-free item to tick off your planning list.
Available Choices
We offer three attractive options available to suit your style. These are:
- Antique White Pillar Box: A classic choice that stands just over a metre tall. This post box can be decorated with ribbon to match your event’s theme colours. To further personalise this post box, we create a label for the front with your name(s) or a very short message. For complete security, this pillar box is lockable and supplied with keys.
- Red Pillar Box: A vibrant alternative, also just over a metre tall, and which can be decorated in a similar way to the antique white pillar box. This box is also lockable and supplied with keys.
- Wishing Well Postbox: A charming one-of-a-kind, custom-made option decorated with artificial flower garlands in your chosen colour. Again, this stands at just over a metre in height. Further personalisation of the wishing well is accomplished with an A4 landscape frame which can contain a personalised message or photo.
Styling Ideas
Consider having a table skirt where you are planning to have your post box to make it more of a focal point, or even including an arch over the top of the table.
In addition, if you hire a post box alongside one of our main services (eg: a DJ or a photobooth), then the hire cost will be subject to a multi-service discount, plus you will only pay once for any travel/delivery costs (if any are payable).

The experience was brilliant and I couldn’t fault it, there were lots of forms to fill out but it made the experience incredible and well worth it. The music selection was so varied and played so well to the crowd with the transitioning between songs played perfectly and songs were played in such a good order, really cant fault the performance.

The Right Music All Night
We were very pleased with the DJ. People were dancing very early on in the evening. He played the right music all night and the requests that we had asked for. The party was really good. Everyone has said how much they enjoyed themselves. Please thank [the DJ] for a great night.
Very Personal
Very helpful, and very personal to what I wanted. The service and the price were great. The DJ was extremely polite and helpful. He was extremely patient with our autistic son – whereas others could have dealt with him in a different manner. It made our evening stress-free & we had good comments from guests. My autistic son loved the lights/different shape ones (flowers, hands) and [the DJ] kept him entertained. I don’t think you could improve. I have already recommended Corabar Entertainment to other people!

Absolutely Perfect
Just a quick email from me and Tom to say thank you so so so much for everything you did on Saturday and in the lead up to make our wedding special.. The music was absolutely perfect from start to finish. And I was so impressed by how well the sound during the ceremony worked meaning everyone could hear so clearly. Thank you Steve and Angela – you did a wonderful job with our wedding day. Amazing value because of your set up with Brook Farm, so that’s one massive plus, but the set up and execution was brilliant as well.
