However, briefly: You, your friends and family can send us photographs (and other files and documents) before the event, and we will spend time enhancing and optimising, organising and editing them into a video slide show.

On the day, we will project this video on to a large screen using a high-quality projector mounted overhead on a custom-built counter-balanced projector arm attached to the truss to which the screen is attached, meaning no tables are required and the projection isn't interrupted by people crossing the beam.

You will receive a DVD copy of the slide show from us after the event.
