We want to give you the entertainment that you want: That is why we will ask you a lot of questions about your party, whatever it may be.

We ask you to supply us with all information you think may be relevant together with any special requirements you may have. We tailor our show to each event, based upon what you tell us. We are happy to spend time discussing your requirements to ensure that you receive the entertainment you want and deserve. We also offer many online interactive tools to make planning your party much easier.

• We will do our utmost to comply with any reasonable request you may have.
• The most suitable equipment (including lighting) and the DJ are reserved for you.
• We will set-up the equipment earlier in the day, if necessary.
• Our DJs will comply with any dress code your function may have in order to enter into the spirit of the event.
• We will work closely with you to ensure that our DJ plays the eras and genres of music you want played; plus we encourage advance requests (either through our online interactive request system that allows you to search our database of music, or by the more traditional paper method) so that you can advise us of any particular songs you want played – what's more, if we do not have the tracks you have requested in our music library already, we will do our utmost to get it for you.
• We set up a special web page where your guests can go to make requests as well. We provide you with the web address (URL) and you can decide whether or not to pass this information on to your guests.
• If you need announcements made during the event, our DJ will be happy to oblige; indeed, if you let us have an itinerary before the Event (either by logging in to the Client Area on this website and completing your 'Timeline' form, or by sending us paper copies), the DJ can make announcements at the appropriate time to keep your event running to Schedule.
• In the vast majority of cases we do not make additional charges for any such requests you may make. The quotation we give to you is fully inclusive, with no hidden extras.

We have experience of all types and sizes of parties, functions and events, encompassing all the usual types of parties, together with some more unusual events and are confident we are capable of providing a first-class service at a competitive price in almost all cases - but in the unlikely event that we feel we do not have the necessary expertise to undertake your event, we will tell you. We will not take a job we are not qualified to undertake, as this would not do our reputation any good whatsoever!
