This form is for Trade and Corporate Clients requesting a quotation for a particular Event; a series of Events; or a Term Contract for Corabar Entertainment to supply mobile disco entertainment and DJs at various Events.

If you complete and submit this form, we will email you our quotation, send you a hard copy of the Booking Form through the post and maintain your enquiry as a provisional booking for 14 days
(or half the period between your enquiry and your (first) Event, if shorter).

The very nature of this enquiry does not lend itself to a pro-forma Enquiry Form, due to the number of variables and every event being different. However, if you are able to supply us with some basic information, we will contact you to ascertain your specific requirements; to give you an indication/quotation for our fees; and to negotiate a personal contract between your company/organisation and Corabar Entertainment

Section 7: Preferred Types of Music
If you are enquiring about a Contract for Corabar Entertainment to supply mobile discotheques and DJs at various Events at a Venue run by your Company/Organisation, this Section will probably not be applicable to you.

When you click on the "Submit This Form" button below, the information you have entered will be forwarded to Corabar Entertainment and confirmation of your submission (including full details of the information sent) will immediately appear on your screen. To return to the Corabar Entertainment Website from the confirmation page, please click "Back" on your Web Browser Tool Bar which will return you to this form. You can then use any of the links below or the Buttons at the top of this form. (Except in the case of an enquiry for a Term Contract) Once we receive your enquiry, we will work out a quotation for providing our services at your Event and email this to you as soon as possible. We will also send you a Booking Form through the post and maintain your enquiry as a provisional booking for the next 14 days (or half the period between your enquiry and your (first) Event, if shorter). This should allow you sufficient time to make up your mind as to whether or not you want to confirm your booking with us and return one copy of the signed Booking Form together with a cheque for the deposit. We will then send you an identical copy of the Booking Form signed on behalf of Corabar Entertainment by way of confirmation. In the case of an enquiry for a Term Contract, we will work out a tender package for your perusal and contact you to discuss and negotiate a Contract tailor made to fit the terms agreed between your Company/Organisation and Corabar Entertainment.
