This form is for private individuals who want a full quotation for any type of Event, other than for Children's Parties
(please see the separate Enquiry Form for these).

If you complete and submit this form, we will email you your quotation, send you a hard copy of the Booking Form through the post and maintain your enquiry as a provisional booking for 14 days
(or half the period between your enquiry and your Event, if shorter).

Based upon the answers you have given in this form, we will bring suitable equipment, lighting and music for your function. However, we have found that people either love or hate smoke machines and would therefore request that you specifically confirm whether or not you would like a smoke machine used at your event. When you click on the "Submit This Form" button below, the information you have entered will be forwarded to Corabar Entertainment and confirmation of your submission (including full details of the information sent) will immediately appear on your screen. To return to the Corabar Entertainment Website from this confirmation page, please click "Back" on your Web Browser Tool Bar which will return you to this form. You can then use any of the links below or the Buttons at the top of this form. Once we receive your enquiry, we will work out a quotation for providing our services at your Event and email this to you as soon as possible. We will also send you a Booking Form through the post and maintain your enquiry as a provisional booking for the next 14 days (or half the period between your enquiry and your Event, if shorter). This should allow you sufficient time to make up your mind as to whether or not you want to confirm your booking with us and return one copy of the signed Booking Form together with a cheque for the deposit. We will then send you an identical copy of the Booking Form signed on behalf of Corabar Entertainment by way of confirmation.
